Black Lemonade

Serves 1


  • Freshly squeezed juice of ½ organic lemon
  • 1 cup of water
  • ½ teaspoon of activated coconut charcoal
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (It doesn’t taste spicy at all)


  1. Juice your lemon then add the water into the cup
  2. Add the activated charcoal and cayenne pepper, then stir until well combined

Have this drink the first thing in the morning to optimize the detoxifying and energizing benefits. Activated charcoal is estimated to absorb 60 % of the toxins by eliminating chemicals and the toxins within. It’s great for reducing bloating as it cleanse your digestive system.

Avoid taking medications or supplements 2 hrs before or after taking the black lemonade, as it would neutralize it’s effect.
