Purple Sweet potato ice cream smoothie

- 1 cup of purple sweet potato mash
- 1 large frozen organic banana
- 2 ½ cup of almond milk
- 1 medjool date
- 1 tablespoon of raw cashew
- ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- Place all of the ingredients into your high performance blender, secure the lid, then switch on the power from to low high. Process for 40 secs or until the mixture is smooth.
- Serve immediately
The frozen banana works like vanilla ice cream, this smoothie is so thick and creamy and it’s all vegan and sugar free!
