- 2 very ripe bananas
- 3 cups of raspberries
- ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Place all of the ingredients into your high performance blender, secure the lid. Use tamper to push the fruits towards the blades if needed. Process for about 30 secs or until the mixture is smooth.
- Transfer onto a bowl, serve right away if you prefer a soft serve consistency, or freeze it overnight if you prefer a firm texture.
