St Patrick’s Day Green Smoothie Bowl

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • ¾ cup soy yogurt
  • ¼ tsp matcha powder, (optional)
  • 2 teaspooon chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Place everything into your high performance blender, secure the lid and process for about 30 secs or until smooth.
  2. Top it with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Green it up for St. Patrick’s Day!
